The SimbazU23 identifies the most talented, ambitious and committed riders from the DHL/Safari Simbaz Junior Team, and the wider cycling community, and offers them enhanced support.

Riders on the programme benefit from access to equipment, coaching and the work of the management team to secure them opportunities at the ‘next level’.

The project is focused on road racing, but its riders compete in both road and MTB races with the aim of competing across the African continent and beyond in search of a higher level of competition and experience.
